Paradise

This is a spot at one of the rivers nearby, which has been dubbed "Paradis" or paradise by the locals. I guess it needs no explanation. The waterfall is popular for jumping into from the top ledge. At your own risk...

I caught the right light here, showing the structure of the cliff. Also, the september colors are lovely. This was a comissioned work, 60cm by 110cm, painted in acrylics. To me, it feels like a step forward in painting landscapes.
